Description

Guatemalan coffee is often lauded as the best balanced coffee on the market; it’s thought of as a perfect balance of body and high notes. For some people it’s the only coffee they will drink because it tastes great but doesn’t irritate their stomach with the acidity some people associate with other coffees. Although I’m sure this idea is unique to some, but not all individuals, it’s been said often enough that I take notice.
