Brazilian Coffee

Brazilian Coffee from Minas Gerais, which is the largest area in which coffee is cultivated in the world, stands out for its ability to play well with other coffees. In other words it doesn't necessarily stand out with the high notes of a Kenya, or the body of a Sumatran coffee - but it can potentiate and accentuate other coffees when combined with them.

I like this Brazilian well enough to drink it on its own - which is why it's in our mix of coffees available. It's got citrus high notes, and medium body.
