Royal Coffee, our green coffee supplier, first offered Red Sea Blend at their retail store on College Avenue in Oakland, California, during the 1980s.
Roasting styles were darker then, but the blend’s high-altitude coffees retained their fruit character even when pushed into deeper development.
Today, the same blend offers two compelling expressions: rich roasted fruit at darker roast levels and vivid ripe berries when roasted lighter.
